    Limiting beliefs are like walls either side of you, creating a narrow corridor. You just can’t see beyond those limiting beliefs you have about yourself.

    And so, the options you have in life become less and less.

    We’ve all experienced negative emotions – anger, hurt, sadness, fear and guilt – it’s healthy and normal. But sometimes we hold on to these emotions – which isn’t so healthy.

    If you base your decisions on fear, for example, are you going to do things that you’re scared of doing? Probably not. So you limit yourself and live your life small.

    STEP ONE

    Book Breakthrough Coaching

    Click on the Get Started Now button above and enter a few details to send me a message. We’ll jump on a Discovery Call to determine if Breakthrough Coaching is right for you.

    By the end of this step you’ll have:

    + Explored your current situation with me and started to identify where some of your challenges might be.

    + Clarified how Breakthrough Coaching can address your specific needs and help you get the results you want.

    + Once we’ve both agreed that Breakthrough Coaching is a good fit for you, I’ll send you a coaching agreement for you to complete, along with payment details.

    + You’ll complete the coaching agreement, make payment and then – congratulations – you’re in! Get ready for an exciting transformation!

    STEP TWO

    Orientation

    Once you’re booked in, we’ll have another Zoom call. This is the exciting start of your journey!

    I’ll talk you through what to expect, how to get the most out of your Breakthrough Coaching and lay the important foundations for your success. We’ll agree your pre-work, schedule the dates of your coaching sessions and of course answer any questions you have.

    By the end of this step you’ll have:

    + Confirmed the time and date of your coaching sessions and have them locked into our calendars.

    + Clarity on the exercises you’ll need to complete before your first coaching session, and when you need to send them to me.

    + Understand what your Breakthrough Coaching journey will look like at a high level and know what to expect. I want you to feel completely comfortable so here is where I’ll answer all your questions and ensure you’re ready and raring to go!

    Pre-Work

    Before your first coaching session, you’ll complete and send to me the pre-work that we agreed in your orientation. This pre-work will typically include the 3 x R’s: reading, writing and reflection!

    By the end of this step you’ll have:

    + Blocked out the time to do your pre-work. This is an important part of your Breakthrough Coaching and isn’t something to be rushed, so make sure you give yourself the time and headspace to do it to the very best of your ability.

    As with all aspects of your Breakthrough Coaching, the more you commit and fully throw yourself into the process, the better results you’ll get.

    + Completed your pre-work exercises and sent them to me on the date we agreed. This will give me time to go through them and prepare for your coaching sessions, so that I can help you get the transformation you want.

    STEP FOUR

    Coaching Sessions

    This is where we get to work!

    We’ll have 4 x half day, intensive coaching sessions, remotely via Zoom.

    To build momentum, we do two consecutive days, twice, over a two week period. For example, Tuesday and Wednesday morning in week one, and Tuesday and Wednesday morning in week two. The exact days are flexible, as long as they’re consecutive.

    Exactly what we’ll do in these coaching sessions will be bespoke and tailored to your specific needs. Expect a safe and comfortable environment where I’ll ask you some questions, you’ll do some talking with lots of activities and exercises in-between.

    We’ll pack a lot into these coaching sessions – they’re intensive but also fun! Coaching doesn’t need to be overly serious and uptight. In fact, the more relaxed and open you are, the better results you’ll get. So relax and have fun with it…

    Before I did my own version of Breakthrough Coaching I was a chronic over-thinker and perfectionist, with an Olympic gold medal in procrastination. 🏅

    I had tonnes of limiting beliefs about who I was and what I was capable of, and I operated in a constant state of worry and anxiety.

    I’d tried so many things over the years – training courses, seminars and books – lots of books.

    In fact, the staff knew me well at my local bookstore. I was a familiar sight, wandering around the personal development and business sections looking for answers on a Saturday morning.

    But none of it helped much. It gave me more information – but no transformation.

    I’m really busy at the moment. How long will this take?

    Breakthrough Coaching is fast. It’s designed to take just one month, from booking to the final coaching session.

    You’ve got a lot on your plate, both in work, and probably at home too. And I don’t want coaching to be another burden on your to do list. That’s why this program is designed to be fast and efficient, so you can get maximum results and then get on with your life.

    There’s specific dates I can’t do. Is there flexibility on when we do the coaching sessions?

    Of course. In your orientation call, we’ll work together to identify dates that work for both of us. Ideally, we’ll do 2 consecutive days one week and 2 consecutive days the next week, so we can build momentum.

    Tell me more about the pre-work. What is it and how long will it take?

    Your pre-work will help you begin to identify the challenges and unhelpful patterns that we’ll tackle together in your coaching sessions.

    It will consist of some reading, writing and reflection over a 10 day period, before the start of your coaching sessions.

    The pre-work is an important part of your Breakthrough Coaching, so be sure to block out the time to do it to the best of your ability – 3-4 hours (give or take) over the 10 days.

    I don’t have a specific goal I’m working towards, but I just feel stuck and unhappy. Is Breakthrough Coaching still right for me?

    Yes! Sometimes people have a specific goal they haven’t been able to make progress on when they start Breakthrough Coaching. And that’s great.

    But for others, they don’t have a clear goal yet. Their limiting beliefs and negative emotions are stopping them from even seeing what’s possible. They need to clear out all their baggage, before they can begin to look forward to the future, and work out what it might look like. Either starting point is fine!

    I’m actually looking for longer term coaching. Do you offer this?

    Absolutely. After you’ve completed your Breakthrough Coaching, you have the option to join my Build Coaching Program.

    Build Coaching is all about bringing your vision and goals to life. Over a 3 month period, we’ll do 2 coaching sessions each month, where I’ll support you to develop and implement a practical, step-by-step game plan and develop the skills you need to bring your goals to life.

    I only offer Build Coaching after Breakthrough Coaching so I know there’s nothing left to hold you back, and you’re in a great position to actually make progress towards your goals.
